Shipping Restrictions

Ammunition shipping is subject to restrictions. Due to federal, state, and carrier regulations, we cannot ship ammunition to all locations. Shipping restrictions apply to certain states, cities, and addresses.

Orders to restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded. In some cases, ammunition may require shipping via FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Signature may be required for delivery.

Hazmat & Special Handling

Ammunition is classified as hazardous material (ORM-D/Limited Quantity) and requires special handling during shipping. Hazmat handling fees may apply. Expedited shipping options may be limited for hazmat items.

5. Liberty Shooters Club Membership

Our membership program offers exclusive benefits including discounts, free shipping, and special offers. By joining, you agree to the following:

• Membership Fee: Monthly ($9.99/month) or Annual ($99.99/year)
• Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support
• Refunds: Membership fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law
• Benefits: Member discounts apply to eligible products only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified

We reserve the right to modify membership terms, fees, and benefits with notice to members.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Ammunition Returns

Due to legal and safety regulations, ammunition sales are generally final. We cannot accept returns on ammunition except in cases of:

• Manufacturer defects (verified by our team)
• Incorrect items shipped (wrong caliber, wrong product)
• Damaged items received (with photo documentation)

Non-Ammunition Returns

Non-ammunition products (gear, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
